In Pakistan and worldwide BBA is a four year degree comprising of 8 semesters.

During studies the student can choose a wide variety of specializations. Some of the most common ones are
BBA in Finance
BBA in Accounting
BBA in Marketing
BBA in Human Resource Management
BBA in Management
BBA in Information Technology
BBA in supply chain Management
BBA in real estate (not available in Pakistan)
BBA in operations Management
BBA in aviation management (Not available in Pakistan)
In addition some universities are also offering specialized BBAs like BBA in Pharma, BBA in Maritime, etc.
What do you learn in a BBA program?
It is a degree which teaches a student on how to run a business, or work for a business enterprise or a company. BBA graduates find jobs in Multinationals, National companies, banks, accountancy firms, advertising agencies, and in almost every business organization.
The BBA degree teaches a student basic managerial skills, communications skills and business decision making skills based on knowledge of the way a business or company is run. The BBA degree also teaches students on how to deal with people, how to motivate them to work, and how to resolve conflicts. The BBA degree also teaches students on basic leadership skills.
The students also study humanities subjects like international relations, sociology etc and some very basic maths.
Presentation skills are also developed during this degree by using power point or other multimedia technologies. A lot of BBA graduates prefer to work on Marketing as its not mathematical like finance or accounting and considered glamorous.
Please do keep in mind that most companies now require an MBA degree for entry. So BBA alone would not be able to get you a good job. You would have to spend another one and half year to do your MBA.
